We purchased our first Dodge Vehicle. Don B. was our salesman and he was kind and informative. He tried to move things along faster , however, there was only 1 finance man available. When we did finally meet w/ the finance person her was fast and very courteous.

My initial contact was with Pami Danks. She responded to my E-Mail request 24-48 hours before competitors and provided types of cars available and pricing information that I requested. Followed up on phone and E-Mail to insure I had everything I needed. Called dealership and spoke with Bob Ucker and confirmed pricing and that vehicle would be transported from Racine Wisconsin to Janesville. Bob complete the most effective and complete review of my new VW Jetta TDI that I have ever had. The dealership experience is by far the best ever. I have had deliveries by Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Oldsmobile, Pontiac and have never had what I would considered a better delivery experience.
